השימוש באפליקציית Joujik: Cannabis R. ל-iPhone/iPad ("האפליקציה") מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינך מסכים/ה להם — אין להשתמש באפליקציה.
האפליקציה היא כלי לוויה ותמיכה עצמית בלבד. היא אינה ייעוץ רפואי, אבחון או טיפול, ואינה תחליף לרופא, למטפל או לאיש מקצוע מוסמך. אין להסתמך עליה לצורך החלטות רפואיות. בכל שאלה בריאותית — יש לפנות לגורם מקצועי.
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת למצבי חירום. אם את/ה או אדם אחר בסכנה — יש לפנות מיד לעזרה: ער"ן 1201, מד"א 101. הכפתור "קשה לי עכשיו" באפליקציה מפנה למשאבים אלה, אך אינו מהווה שירות חירום.
האפליקציה מיועדת למבוגרים (17+), ועוסקת בגמילה מקנאביס. היא אינה מיועדת לקטינים.
כל הנתונים נשמרים על המכשיר שלך בלבד — אין חשבון ואין שרתים. אתה האחראי הבלעדי לנתונים ולגיבוים. אנו לא ניגשים אליהם, לא מגבים אותם ולא נוכל לשחזר אותם. מחיקת האפליקציה או "מחיקת כל הנתונים" מוחקת הכול לצמיתות. ראה/י מדיניות הפרטיות.
האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" וללא אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות התאמה למטרה מסוימת או דיוק התוכן. התוכן החינוכי מבוסס על מקורות ציבוריים ומנוסח בזהירות ("ייתכן…", "אצל רבים…"), אך תגובות הגמילה הן אישיות ואינן זהות לכל אדם.
ככל שמתיר הדין, Joujik לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע מהשימוש באפליקציה או מהסתמכות על תוכנה. השימוש הוא באחריותך בלבד.
האפליקציה, העיצוב, האיורים והתוכן הם קניין Joujik. אין להעתיק, להפיץ או לגזור מהם ללא רשות.
ייתכנו עדכונים לאפליקציה ולתנאים אלה. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

Using the Joujik: Cannabis R. app for iPhone/iPad ("the App") means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a self-support and companion tool only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or qualified professional. Do not rely on it for medical decisions. For any health concern, consult a professional.
The App is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, seek help immediately: in Israel, ER"N 1201, MDA 101. The in-app "It's hard right now" button links to such resources but is not an emergency service.
The App is intended for adults (17+) and addresses cannabis cessation. It is not directed at minors.
All data is stored on your device only — no account, no servers. You are solely responsible for your data and backups. We cannot access, back up, or recover it. Deleting the App or "Delete all data" erases everything permanently. See the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or content accuracy. Educational content is drawn from public sources and worded cautiously ("may…", "for many…"), but withdrawal responses are personal and vary.
To the extent permitted by law, Joujik is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the App. Use is at your own risk.
The App, its design, illustrations, and content are the property of Joujik. Do not copy, distribute, or derive from them without permission.
The App and these terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
